Stopping at some of our favorite places.
From Pawhuska we headed to Taos. It was super foggy for the first few hours, and we ran into a thunderstorm. But then it cleared up into a beautiful day in one of the most beautiful places, New Mexico. We stopped first in Taos, then Santa Fe. We had thought we’d go to Ghost Ranch (where Georgia O’Keefe lived), but by the time we were in Taos, we would have gotten to Ghost Ranch only one hour before Ghost Ranch closed—if we were lucky. So we’ll save that for another trip. We love New Mexico so I imagine we’ll be back.
